The last frontier is the human mind. Psychology is exploding with a new understanding of health and the deep connection with the mind. Positive thinking, meditation and massage are all ways our seniors can learn to cope with aging and feel good at the same time. Positive reinforcement through meditation can ease anxiety and worry while promoting a sense of well-being and happiness. Our caregivers are trained in the art of meditation and positive reinforcement. A massage therapist visits monthly if requested. A trained nurse in nutrition trains our caregivers in the proper foods to promote optimum health. Our engaging approach to care includes the following:
